Shipping Policy

For any questions please review our Shipping & Returns policy below. If you have any inquiries beyond this please reach out to our customer service team at:
  • Any item marked as final sale cannot be returned for refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.  
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, and must have all tags attached.
  • Any returns must be made at your own cost. Please obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
If you receive a faulty item, please return to us within 15 days of receipt. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning a faulty item. 
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasion it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated above.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. During holidays and sale periods, you might see shipping delays due to the high volume of orders. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
